Gift wrapping and packaging
As standard all of our items come wrapped in paper with, business card and a treat to finish.
All parcels are securely packaged for transit and we use only recycled/recyclable materials.
We offer a gift wrap and gift message service. It is free to add a printed gift message, this will also exclude the invoice from your packaging so the recipient will see no price details.
Additional gift wrapping in Kraft Paper with string can be purchased at checkout. Items are wrapped as one, if you require individual wrapping please contact us in advance for pricing.
Delivery & How Long Will My Order Take
Prep time is viewable in store at checkout. We always keep our policies up to date so you can check at order for prep times and an estimate on delivery is provided.
Standard Shipping is signed Royal Mail UK domestic.
Estimated shipping time is provided at checkout. Estimates are not guaranteed, delays should be expected, if you need your item in a hurry, please contact us as we always do our best.
ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS WILL BE DESPATCHED ON A TRACKED or SIGNED SERVICE.
My Order Has Not Arrived Yet?
It is unusual for a parcel to go astray.
If you have not received your parcel, but it has been despatched and you expected it to arrive please check the following:
Check tracking details provided to you on order despatch notification.
Check address details you provided are correct.
Check with neighbours or anyone at your address who may have your parcel for you.
Check with the local delivery office to see if they are holding the parcel for you, it is not unusual for attempted delivery cards to go missing.

We do not refund postage on failed delivery due to customer non collection/non acceptance of delivery OR incorrect addresses where customer input is incorrect. Should this also be a custom order/non refundable order this will not be refunded as it cannot be restocked. We will need to re charge you for delivery.

CANDLE CARE
Candle Size & Care
Our 100ml candles will provide a lower scent throw than the larger candles, they offer an opportunity to test scents before making a larger volume purchase.
Keep the wick trimmed to 5 mm right from the first burn. Always trim before relighting and ensure no wick residue is left lying on the wax.
On the first burn, ensure the candle has the opportunity to burn a melt pool across the whole diameter of the container.
Our candles are made from natural soy wax, some frosting & cracking may occur on the finished product, this is normal. It is a feature of a handmade soy candles and will not impact your scent or burn.
Keep candles in a cool, dry environment. When lit never leave unattended.
Instruction for Glow, Sown N Grow!
The plantable meadow paper is embedded with 20 types of live wildflower seeds native to the UK.
Step 1
Tear up the paper into smaller chunks, soak them well in water for half a minute.
Step 2
Plant the soaked paper under a very thin layer of soil, water them each day to keep moist but don't over water them. Place in the sunniest, warmest place in your house.
Step 3
Once you see some shoots, allow them to get stronger before planting outside in Spring or Autumn. Germination could take up to a few weeks.
Custom and personalised orders
Tip 1
Place a compostable or biodegradable see-through bag over the plant pot (please don’t do this if you are using biodegradable pots) to create a greenhouse effect.
Make sure to leave enough air to flow through, otherwise your paper will rot. This could make your germination a bit faster plus the bag keeps the moisture in so you would not need to water it as often.
Tip 2
If you do not have a bag keep checking the soil with your finger to make sure it is not drying out and keep watering it every day.
Tip 3
Best to put the pot onto your warmest windowsill away from radiator heat, but please note seedlings do not have the strength to survive a brief drought so try to keep your window shut.
